Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Senior Fraud Operations Associate in New York to enhance our fraud detection and mitigation systems across product lines, including Exchange, Credit Card, and Wallet. You will investigate first, second, and third party fraud and help shape fraud models with product, engineering, and data science partners.

You will review transaction data, respond to customers for information, identify fraud trends, and prepare reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of direct fraud investigative experience, including ACH and credit card fraud.
• 2–5+ years of direct scam and account integrity investigative experience.
• Knowledge of device telemetry data, account integrity systems, and internet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate financial fraud and scams across multiple product lines.
• Review complex data sets, such as ACH/debit card/credit card/wallet transactions and device telemetry.
• Respond to customers to obtain information for informed decisions.
• Identify trends and update rules, features, and policies.
• Improve operational flows and prepare fraud reports for leadership.
