Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director, Franchise Transformation to reshape how the bottler system operates in the U.S. and select markets. You’ll bridge enterprise strategy with in-market execution, driving adoption, value realization, and scalable playbooks across territories.

You will lead end-to-end transformations, define roadmaps, and measure adoption and impact, partnering with bottler leadership to accelerate growth and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in franchise operations, commercial strategy, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within or alongside franchise systems.

• Design future-state operating models including route to market redesign and segmentation.
