Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. seeks a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to connect franchisor and franchisees, driving growth and profitability across the territory. You will coach operations, review KPIs and financials, and optimize use of Authority Brand tools to improve performance.

The role requires extensive travel, client-facing leadership, and a proven ability to influence franchise partners while ensuring compliance with Franchise Agreements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services business.
• Strong KPI, data analysis, and P&L interpretation skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration delivering client value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between franchisor and franchisees.
• Schedule regular virtual and on-site touchpoints to review operations.
• Provide guidance on systems and tools to maximize performance.
• Monitor franchise health metrics and profitability within territory.
• Present market insights and growth opportunities to franchise partners.
