Brothers Lawn Squad LLC seeks a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to connect franchisors and franchisees, ensuring a strong support system and trusted advisors. You will coach, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability across territories and brands through data-driven insights and strategic guidance.

The role requires deep familiarity with franchise operations, regular virtual/onsite touchpoints, and travel up to 75% across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or Equivalent experience.
• 5 - 7+ years of experience in consultant/coach roles or running a services-based business.
• Strong in operational efficiencies, KPI’s, and data analysis.
• Comfort interpreting P&L statements and impact on revenue.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Establish regular virtual and onsite touch points to understand business operations and provide insights.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go-to person for franchisees for advice, crisis support, or celebration of wins.
• Prioritize requests of FSC functions and connect with franchisees.
• Advise on Franchise Agreement compliance and support franchise partner compliance efforts.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to benefit the group.
• Guide franchisees on culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics.
• Perform monthly P&L reviews with YOY revenue analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
