Job summary

BusPatrol America LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance & FP&A to partner with C‑suite leadership and guide planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning, and KPI design while connecting strategy to financial outcomes across Finance, Operations, Sales and Product.

The role emphasizes sophisticated Excel modeling, scenario planning, and data storytelling to drive actionable recommendations and scalable FP&A

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of FP&A/strategic finance experience in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to own annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel modeling with three-statement integration and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial planning.
• Develop driver-based forecasts: revenue, margins, OPEX, headcount, cash flow.
• Create KPI dashboards and executive summaries for leadership and Board.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product to translate strategy into financial plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and scale FP&A processes as the company grows.
