Key responsibilities include building detailed models, presenting results to executives, and driving FP&A improvements using Power BI/Tableau for clear data visualization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking in tech/med-tech/manufacturing.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems; visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial audiences.
• MBA preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling.
• Partner with department heads to align budgets with strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management and board-level presentations with results and recommendations.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Conduct market analysis, pricing, and M&A/investment analyses as needed.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation.
