Page Executive in the United States seeks an FP&A Manager to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance leadership. You will drive analytics and decision support across revenue growth, pricing, product profitability, and marketing investments.

The role reports to the CFO and requires collaboration across Commercial teams, with a focus on forecasting accuracy and data-driven insights for strategic growth. Hybrid office arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience within a consumer products, manufacturing, or product driven business environment.
• Background in FP&A, commercial finance, sales finance, revenue management, or business partnering.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial teams.
• Experience with pricing analysis, margin management, and profitability modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to data analytics tools and large data sets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams to support profitable growth initiatives.
• Support revenue forecasting, sales planning, and commercial performance analysis.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, margin optimization, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop data driven insights that connect commercial activities to financial outcomes.
• Support new product initiatives through forecasting, profitability modeling, and business case development.
• Analyze promotional programmes and marketing investments to improve return on investment.
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for finance and commercial leadership.
• Build financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision making.
• Identify process improvements and help enhance analytical capabilities across the finance organization.
