Job summary

ROAD RANGER, L.L.C. seeks an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This leader partners with Operations, Merchandising, Fuel, and other departments to drive performance improvements and capital allocation decisions.

You will oversee monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long-range planning, and board-level presentations, mentoring analysts and enhancing data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, retail, or energy sector.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Own monthly forecasting including rolling reforecasts and scenario modeling.
• Support annual budgeting and cross-department coordination.
• Analyze drivers like fuel margin, gross margin, labor costs, and SG&A to improve profitability.
• Develop financial models for greenfield investments, remodels, and capex allocations.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and liaise with department heads for guidance.
