• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A reporting and planning tools with standardized definitions and governance.
• Deliver executive dashboards and recurring performance reviews; surface drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning cycles for cost centers and investments.
• Develop and maintain financial narratives connecting results to strategy and decisions.
• Lead monthly close-to-forecast and close-to-budget reviews with drivers and corrective actions.
• Analyze sales, cost and spend trends by channel; identify margin drivers and impact.
• Build revenue/expense and margin scenario models for RFPs, new business, and contracts; communicate risks clearly.
• Evaluate pricing, incentives, and contractual changes; quantify financial impact and tracking.
• Establish KPI/scorecard frameworks and present insights to leadership.
• Lead financial workstreams for strategic initiatives and measure benefits.
• Provide finance leadership on cross-functional projects and assess viability.
