Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic finance initiatives. You will partner with executives, Sales, and Operations to improve financial performance and drive profitable growth, while managing and developing the FP&A team.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance reporting across multiple sites, with a hands-on approach to analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or another multi-site industrial business.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Planful, or similar financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, expenses, and working capital.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive-level reports.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to improve pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Analyze customer, product, branch, pipeline, and backlog performance.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Improve reporting automation, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team.
