Job summary

CFO's Domain is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the CFO and help scale financial planning, forecasting, reports, and business analysis. This hands-on role focuses on turning data into clear insights for leadership in a lean, fast-moving environment.

You will own recurring reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis while partnering with cross-functional leaders to improve planning discipline and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10+ years progressive finance experience.
• Lean, fast-paced finance environment experience.
• Strong experience partnering with commercial/sales/revenue teams.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders including CFO/exec leadership.
• Strong modeling, forecasts, scenario planning, leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring financial reporting processes and leadership insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with CFO to standardize planning, reporting, and performance management.
• Improve data quality and flow across systems and processes.
• Support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and bookings trends.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, cash flow, and headcount.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for CFO and senior leadership.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and dashboarding.
