Job summary

FPC National is seeking an FP&A Manager to shape the financial future of the organization. As Senior Manager of FP&A, you will develop and execute strategic financial plans, provide insightful analysis, and drive informed decision-making across the business.

You will forecast sales, profit, and cash flow; manage budgets; and partner with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing to optimize performance, ROAS, and profitability while maintaining strong controls and integrity.

Qualifications

• BS in Business/Accounting or related degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in CPG FP&A.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling).

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate financial forecasts, including sales, profit, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Operations/Marketing) to drive business growth and profitability.
• Partner with the marketing team to analyze return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and analyze metrics to assess brand and customer profitability, including market share, pricing, and cost structure.
• Support decision making for strategic initiatives, corporate development, and other special projects
