The role requires 7+ years in FP&A within professional services, advanced Excel and BI skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic narratives for budgeting, pricing, and growth decisions. On-site role reporting to Finance leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or STEM required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a professional services environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to build and explain complex models.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; translate analysis into concise materials.
• Experience with large data sets; familiarity with BI and finance systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, cash flow, and scenario modeling.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, activity, staffing, and business drivers.
• Support growth analyses including revenue, compensation, staffing, expenses, and cash flow impact.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations with clear narrative, risks, and actions.
• Analyze drivers like hours, rates, realization, leverage, and profitability; benchmark against data.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and dashboards.
• Translate financial data into concise insights for planning, pricing, and staffing decisions.
• Conduct detailed expense, headcount, and operating cost analyses to support budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Respond to senior leadership requests with quick framing, data gathering, and clear findings.
• Benchmark performance across firm and markets to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate in a flat team environment to drive analysis without formal people-management authority.
