Dechert is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager with law firm experience in New York. You will own nuanced analyses from framing to model development, deliver executive-ready materials, and partner with BI and finance teams to drive planning and strategy.

The role requires highly analytical, detail-oriented leadership in a flat team, with frequent interaction across leadership and departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, or STEM.
• 7+ years in FP&A in a professional services environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with large, complex data sets; BI tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost, cash flow, rate, and scenario modeling.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating history, billing patterns, staffing, practice dynamics, and drivers.
• Support growth analyses including revenue, compensation, staffing, expenses, profitability, and cash flow impact.
