Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or STEM required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in a professional services FP&A role.
• Strong foundation in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; able to explain complex models.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; translate analysis into concise materials.
• Experience with large data sets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SSMS, Elite, Aderant or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, cash flow, rate analysis, profitability, and scenario modeling.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, matter activity, staffing, and business drivers.
• Support growth analyses including projections of revenue, compensation, staffing, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for firm leadership and office leaders.
• Analyze key performance drivers: hours, rates, realization, leverage, client profitability, and market trends.
