Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A based in the United States to lead finance planning for SaaS businesses. You will own P&L performance, build driver-based models, and partner with executive leadership to drive investments and headcount decisions.

You will manage a Senior Financial Analyst, accelerate automation, and evolve FP&A processes in a remote-first environment with global implications.

Qualifications

• Partner with C-level executives and senior leaders on budgeting, investment, and strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end P&L planning, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive narratives.
• Build driver-based financial models for long-range planning, bookings, and SaaS unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Planful, Pigment).
• Strong communication, autonomy, and business judgment for actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance business partner to senior leadership on hiring, investments, and resource allocation.
• Own P&Ls end-to-end, including budgeting, forecasting cadences and variance explanations.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for long-range plans and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead planning cadences and coordinate inputs for the corporate forecast.
• Provide financial analysis on headcount, investments, and SaaS unit economics.
• Manage Senior Financial Analyst and raise analytical quality and speed.
• Maintain administration of the enterprise planning platform and data integrity.
• Drive AI-augmented workflows and scalable FP&A processes.
