Job summary

Procurify is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive strategic decision making and build scalable financial models. You will collaborate with Finance and RevOps, translate data into business recommendations, and help elevate decision making across the organization.

You will build driver-based models for headcount, ARR growth, and pipeline; perform variance analyses; and develop automated dashboards to monitor SaaS metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Finance or data-focused roles.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate insights into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline).
• Perform in-depth analyses of current and future financial performance, including variances.
• Champion AI and LLM-powered workflows and knowledge sharing.
• Apply AI tools for data analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Research historical and projected financial data for planning, forecasting and decision making.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics and provide actionable insights.
