Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Strategic Finance / Sr FP&A Manager to own and scale forecasting, planning, and reporting. You will build and maintain models that drive decisions across GTM, Product, and Executive leadership, ensuring GAAP readiness and investor-ready narratives.

You will work embedded with sales, product, and operations to translate operational reality into forward-looking visibility, driving automation and disciplined forecasting in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking with progression into operating roles at high-growth SaaS or technology.
• Experience owning company-wide financial models and multi-year P&L forecasting.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics, cohort-based revenue modeling, and enterprise sales finance.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders.
• Excellent executive communication translating complex models for leadership and board audiences.
• High ownership mentality; automate forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Fully own and maintain Ambience's 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast.
• Lead the annual planning process end-to-end with department alignment.
• Establish monthly forecast vs actuals cadence with variance analysis.
• Lead financial prep for quarterly board meetings with investor-ready materials.
• Build forecasting engines linking rep capacity, pipeline, and pricing to revenue.
• Represent finance at deal desk to ensure margin representation.
