Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager based in the United States. You will partner with Engineering and Product to own headcount planning, cost forecasting, and product-level P&Ls while influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience in technology or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
• Proven experience managing FP&A processes and partnering with engineering/technical teams
• Strong headcount planning, operating expense forecasting, cost-driver analysis, and financial modeling
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and Board reporting
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge (ARR, CAC, margins) and financial storytelling

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Engineering leadership, owning headcount planning and forecasting
• Analyze key spending drivers including software costs, infrastructure, and resourcing trade-offs
• Develop and manage product-level P&Ls with visibility into profitability and cost allocation
• Define and monitor operating metrics linked to financial outcomes
• Diagnose margin drivers and communicate risks and insights to leadership
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across units
• Prepare materials and analyses for Board and Investor Relations
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support growth and efficiency
