Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical field with manager-level ownership.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow linkage.
• Experience delivering recurring reports for senior audiences across cycles.
• Ability to redesign financial models and processes from ground up.
• Advanced modeling with large datasets; strong Excel/Sheets and power-point skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate analysis into insights.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation to scale reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FP&A processes: forecasting calendars, milestones, long-term modeling.
• Translate results into meaningful business insights and drive board reporting.
• Develop and maintain consolidated financial statements with variance commentary.
• Support short- to long-term financial planning; lead budget processes with stakeholders.
• Improve operating expense budgeting and GL mapping with cross-functional teams.
• Establish budget controls, logs, and plan-to-actual analyses.
• Create and maintain models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses; surface risks and opportunities to senior leaders.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities across reporting and modeling.
• Standardize recurring processes; enhance reporting and forecasting systems.
