Job summary

Demandbase is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager based in the United States to partner with our Engineering finance team. You will own forecasting, headcount planning, and spend analysis for Engineering while supporting corporate FP&A processes including budgeting and long-range planning.

You will develop product-level P&Ls, monitor operating metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Strong cross-functional collaboration and SaaS modeling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of FP&A experience in technology or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Independent ownership of complex FP&A processes and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, headcount planning, and spend analysis for Engineering; support corporate FP&A processes.
• Develop and monitor product-level P&Ls with visibility into profitability and cost allocation by product line.
• Define and track operating metrics and connect to financial outcomes; surface risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning; prepare Board/IR materials.
