Partner Company in the United States seeks an FP&A Senior Manager to serve as a strategic financial partner for high-growth clients. You will lead FP&A delivery, guide analysts, and present financial results to client leadership across industries.

You will build impactful dashboards, drive forecasting, budgeting, and fundraising support, and collaborate with distributed teams to deliver practical financial insights in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial planning, analysis and reporting with FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A service delivery for multiple clients and act as trusted financial partner.
• Develop and lead a team of financial analysts delivering high-quality analysis, forecasting, and insights.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for client leadership teams.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting and KPI analyses.
• Create assumptions-driven financial models for forecasting, headcount, cash runway, and fundraising.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on pricing, margins, cash burn, and strategic questions.
