- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage multiple large, technically complex finance projects.
- Oversee financial reporting across multiple business units.
- Identify strategic opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Coordinate execution with stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to the team.
- Monitor industry trends and assess their impact on finances.
- Offer strategic insights to leadership based on data.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes.
- Balance competing priorities with accuracy and accountability.
