Demandbase is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager in the United States to partner with Engineering and Corporate FP&A. You will own forecasting, headcount planning, and spend analysis for Engineering while supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and board reporting.

You will collaborate with finance and engineering leaders to deliver insights that drive growth, efficiency, and sound decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
• Experience partnering with engineering or technical organizations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning background.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, and advanced Google Sheets modeling.

Aufgaben

• Own engineering headcount planning, COGS and opex forecasting, and cost center management.
• Develop product-level P&L and profitability insights for leadership.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across units.
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
