Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to deliver actionable insights that shape strategy and enterprise performance.

The role leads data transformation using Google Cloud Platform, automates data pipelines, strengthens data governance, and supports reporting and visualization with Power BI,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years in Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.
• Healthcare/PBM/pharma analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design and maintain scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools to transform and analyze large datasets for planning.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
