Abnormal AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to own the annual operating plan, forecast cadence, and CFO reporting packages. You will lead a small team and drive modernization of FP&A with AI-enabled workflows.

The role blends detailed financial scrutiny with executive storytelling, partnering across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Investor Relations to support IPO-readiness and strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual plan and forecast cadence across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow — with ownership of revenue and free cash flow forecasting.
• Build scenario and sensitivity modeling into FP&A to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee the monthly CFO review package including variance analysis and close support, and prepare board/investor materials.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable leadership insights via recurring reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee Pigment systems usage and drive AI-enabled automation and controls improvements across FP&A.
• Support SOX controls, audit committee materials, and IPO-readiness work with Legal, Accounting, IR, and CFO office.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and People on equity, payroll taxes, and benefits forecasts.
• Manage and grow a team of corporate finance analysts/managers with coaching and career development.
