Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual plan and forecast cadence for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Build scenario and sensitivity modeling to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee the monthly CFO review package—variance analysis, forecast, analytics, and board materials.
• Translate data into clear, actionable leadership insights through dashboards and reports.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled processes across FP&A and Pigment systems.
• Support SOX controls and IPO-readiness materials with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and People on equity, payroll taxes, and benefits forecasting.
• Coach and grow a team of corporate finance analysts/managers.
