Job summary

SafeBreach Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own and drive the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This role offers high visibility with the CFO and executive team, leading budgeting, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Accounting to support strategic decisions, build scalable processes, and leverage AI to automate finance workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or software.
• Ownership of a full annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts, with expert three‑statement and driver‑based modeling.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR‑based revenue models, with ASC 606 knowledge.
• Experience presenting directly to C‑level executives; board or investor exposure is a plus.
• Daily, hands‑on use of AI tools in finance, with examples of practical applications.
• Ability to operate independently with high ownership, navigate ambiguity, and communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budget, monthly rolling forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Executive & Investor Reporting: Prepare management reports, board presentations, and investor materials.
• SaaS Metrics & Analysis: Track ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and burn to support decisions.
• Go‑to‑Market Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on revenue forecasting and ROI.
• Accounting & Compliance: Coordinate month‑end close, ASC 606, audits, and tax analysis.
• AI & Automation: Use AI tools to improve modeling and automate recurring processes.
