Job summary

Owner is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own core planning, forecasting, and performance-tracking functions across the company. You will treat the financial infrastructure as a product, continuously rebuilding and automating it with AI, enabling self-serve reporting and embedded business analyses.

You will own models and reporting systems that drive decisions, partnering with teams and leadership to implement improvements and shape growth and investment strategy.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of FP&A or related roles in a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows or analytics is desirable.
• Strong modeling skills to improve forecast accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure as the company scales.
• Drive investment and growth decisions using unit economics and cohort trends.
• Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling to create self-serve dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation with clear narratives for leadership.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive margin and efficiency gains through performance visibility.
• Turn insights into real business improvements by working with teams across the company.
