Job summary

Data Innovations is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our global locations. You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the public parent, partnering with business leaders and leveraging AI to speed accuracy.

You will manage the finance team, drive AI-enabled processes, and ensure timely, executive-ready financial insights. A strong background in GAAP/IFRS and SaaS revenue is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP and IFRS.
• Understanding of software revenue recognition guidance for SaaS products.
• Working knowledge of financial systems, processes and controls.
• Experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Unrestricted US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing FP&A team and drive AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop talent and a learning mindset across DI finance.
• Report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to internal and public entities.
• Oversee global budgeting and forecasting with multinational considerations.
• Analyze cash flow, costs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create dashboards and financial summaries using AI to surface trends.
• Lead special projects to improve global financial strategies.
• Mentor team and collaborate cross-functionally across the business.
