Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manager of FP&A with strong BI capabilities to be a strategic finance partner in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS company with embedded payments.

You will own forecasting, performance transparency, and data-driven insights to drive growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency. This hands-on role requires AI-enabled forecasting and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS business with forecasting and modeling.
• Strong command of SaaS unit economics and growth levers.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plans, long-range financial models, and rolling forecasts.
• Model growth initiatives, pricing, payments economics, and capital allocation decisions.
• Report SaaS and payments metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, take rate).
• Develop executive dashboards in Tableau for real-time performance visibility.
• Prepare board-ready reports and ad-hoc investor analyses.
• Perform variance analysis with root-cause identification and action plans.
• Automate reporting and forecasting with AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Payments, and Ops to influence decisions through data.
