Job summary

Payscale is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A group and help drive the financial planning and analysis for a high-growth SaaS company. You will work in a remote-first environment with exposure to multiple business partners and leadership across the organization.

You will build forecasting models, analyze ARR, bookings, and revenue drivers, and leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows. The role emphasizes rigor, accountability, and strategic business partnering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in a SaaS/tech or high-intensity environment.
• Strong Excel skills; GAAP and FP&A knowledge beneficial.
• Proven ability to forecast, analyze ARR, bookings, and revenue drivers across segments.
• Experience with GTM FP&A reporting and analytics in a SaaS environment.
