Advisor360° is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial initiatives across the organization. You will partner with leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, and others to evaluate performance and strengthen financial visibility.

The role emphasizes deep financial modeling, project management, and leveraging automation and AI to build scalable financial processes, influencing stakeholders from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive components of the annual operating plan and budgeting process.
• Develop rolling forecasts for revenue, bookings, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
• Manage monthly budget-versus-actual analyses and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with HR on headcount planning and compensation forecasting.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for deals, pricing, and investments.
• Present findings to executives to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop monthly reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Drive FP&A automation and AI-enabled analyses to improve efficiency.
