Job summary
WP Engine, a leading WordPress technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting. You will manage Workday Adaptive Insights, collaborate with G&A leaders, and drive transparency in budgeting and forecasting in a remote-first environment.
Role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional partnership, and ongoing process improvement across finance systems and planning cycles.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
- Strong Workday Adaptive Insights experience (power user preferred).
- Solid GAAP understanding and FP&A processes.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; remote-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Administer Workday Adaptive Insights and manage user access and models.
- Lead monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
- Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables.
- Assist in annual budgeting and long-range planning; run ad hoc analyses.
