Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making as we scale. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, coordinate with Finance and G&A partners, and drive transparency in planning through data-driven analysis.

The role sits in the Finance team, partners with HR, Legal, Facilities, and more, and emphasizes strong analytical skills, systems discipline, and collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative cross-functional work.
• Remote-first workspace; self-starter with strong planning and multi-tasking.
• Prior SaaS experience and understanding of core SaaS metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and integrations; ensure data integrity across source systems.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: lead monthly/quarterly close reporting; develop recurring packages and board deliverables.
• G&A Partnering: support budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, and forecasting with G&A leaders.
