Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support our Finance team’s planning, reporting, and decision-making processes as we scale. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights and partner with G&A to drive transparency and efficiency in financial planning.

In this remote-first role, you will manage monthly close, develop recurring reports, and assist with budgeting and long-range planning while leveraging strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration across the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Remote-first workspace experience.
• Prior SaaS experience with SaaS metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users and models.
• Improve data integration between source systems (Workday, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Lead monthly/quarterly close reports with P&L commentary.
• Maintain recurring reporting packages and templates.
• Support board deliverables and long-range planning.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
