Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across the organization. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, ensure data integrity, and partner with G&A leaders to drive accurate budgets and forecasts.

You’ll manage monthly closes, develop recurring reports, and contribute to board deliverables and long-range planning. A SaaS background and strong analytic skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common FP&A processes
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
• Self-starter with the ability to plan effectively, multi-task, and execute timely to deadlines in a remote first workspace.
• Prior experience in SaaS businesses with an understanding of core SaaS metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: admin Workday Adaptive Insights, user management, model maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Partner with IT and Finance Ops to optimize integration with source systems (e.g., Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Oversee data integrity of the Adaptive Insights instance, aligning netsuite and Adaptive, plus Workday and Adaptive across source systems.
