Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and systems optimization. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A functions, and drive transparency across budgeting and forecasting for a SaaS business.

The role focuses on monthly close, board deliverables, and long-range planning, with a remote-first, collaborative approach and strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Tampa-based, competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights
• GAAP understanding and FP&A processes
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling and reporting
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Remote-first work capability; SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights; manage users and models
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L analysis
• Improve recurring reporting packages and templates
• Support board deliverables and budgeting processes
• Finance contact for G&A leaders; headcount and forecast planning
• Coordinate quarterly planning cycles with G&A leaders and forecast inputs
