Job summary

Imprivata seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, CX & Renewals, in a hybrid role based out of Waltham, MA. You will serve as a strategic FP&A partner to Renewals and CX, delivering scalable reporting, forecasting, and performance insights to influence executive decision-making.

You will develop dashboards for renewal metrics, own the weekly forecast, analyze ARR trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Knowledge of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, renewals, churn).
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Renewals and CX leadership to support retention, renewal performance, and growth.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for renewal metrics (ARR, retention, churn, forecast).
• Own the weekly renewals forecasting process with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze renewal trends across products, segments, cohorts, and sales teams.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reconciliation of churn, downsell, and renewal actuals with data accuracy.
• Build financial models for budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Prepare executive analyses and board presentations with business narratives.
• Identify churn drivers and retention insights to improve renewal outcomes.
