Origin Staffing is partnering with a prestigious private equity firm to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst for their Boston headquarters. This highly visible hybrid role supports global financial planning across multiple asset classes, consolidating forecasts, building long-range plans, and enabling executive decision-making across investment platforms.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, cross-functional finance support, and P&L management, with emphasis on ad hoc analysis and scenario

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A (preferred), accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to the firm's long-term strategic plan and annual budgeting process, incorporating real-time and projected changes to the business.
• Cross-Functional Finance Support: Collaborate with compensation, corporate finance, and accounting teams to align operational planning with financial goals.
• P&L Management: Assist with maintaining and adjusting the management basis P&L, including recording journal entries and analyzing tax-to-management basis differences.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Support senior leadership with data-driven insights through ad hoc projects, modeling, and scenario planning.
