Transamerica is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to deliver advanced financial analysis and performance management. You will drive reporting, forecasting, and data-driven insights across U.S. GAAP and statutory requirements.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Actuarial, Investments, and Technology to implement modern data solutions, dashboards, and automation. A hybrid in-office schedule supports collaboration with senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of financial analysis experience in insurance/financial services.
• CPA / advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, management reporting, and performance metrics.
• Maintain effective financial controls, governance, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable financial data models; support data governance and quality.
• Develop executive dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI.
