Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting for Corporate Functions. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and standardize dashboards and KPIs including ROI.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and excellent communication across all organizational levels in a hybrid Princeton, NJ/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of FP&A and budgeting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Standardize dashboards, reports and KPIs including ROI.
• Provide OpEx and CapEx commentary monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and spend trends; support ad-hoc projects.
