Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting across the Finance and G&A teams. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, coordinate with HR, Legal, and other functions, and help drive transparency in financial planning for a growing SaaS business.

The role emphasizes system optimization, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver timely insights and strategic planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in cross-functional work.
• Remote-first workspace experience and SaaS metrics understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration and data integrity for source systems alignment.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting and P&L analysis.
• Own recurring reporting packages and board deliverables.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actual analyses and forecasting.
