Job summary

WP Engine seeks a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A, HR, Legal, and other functions, and drive transparency in financial planning and reporting for a global SaaS business.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scenario modeling, and strong analytical skills to support growth initiatives in a remote-first work environment. Experience in SaaS finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance or related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Strong GAAP understanding and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users and models.
• Support monthly/quarterly close, provide P&L commentary.
• Lead budget and long-range planning with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver board-ready reporting and recurring templates.
• Collaborate with G&A leaders on headcount and forecasting.
