WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in the United States. The role focuses on managing core financial reporting, optimizing Workday Adaptive Insights, and partnering with G&A to drive budgeting and forecasting.

You will be the primary admin for Adaptive Insights, ensuring data integrity across source systems and delivering actionable P&L analyses. This remote-first role emphasizes collaboration and strategic planning to support growth in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights preferred.
• GAAP financial statements understanding.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first workspace experience.
• SaaS metrics understanding preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights; manage users and models.
• Optimize integrations with source systems (Workday FI, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Ensure data integrity across NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Workday.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close; provide P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates.
• Support board deliverables and annual budgeting process.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
