Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with OpEx ownership.
• Track record managing large operating budgets and forecasts.
• Experience building driver-based models and scenario analyses in Excel, SQL proficiency.
• History of partnering with Product/Engineering/Design to align plans.
• Experience in a high-growth tech/fintech environment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for risks and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close and variance analysis with Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to translate insights into resource allocation.
• Prepare and present financial analyses during business reviews.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
