The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, technical escalation management, and clear communication with stakeholders to drive durable implementations and long-term support.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Travel: <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, documentation standards, and support models for Foundry-based applications.
• Guide use of Foundry capabilities such as Workshop, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Functions, Actions, Code Repositories, security/access management, lineage, and deployment patterns.
• Review complex designs and code, identify technical risks, challenge weak approaches, ensure alignment with business goals and long-term support.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to engineers; raise team capability.
• Identify dependencies, shared components, technical debt, and cross-team impacts; align delivery with priorities.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for production issues; lead root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Communicate options, risks, recommendations, and tradeoffs to business users and senior leaders.
