You will shape technical direction, ensure reliability, and coordinate with product stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for Palantir applications and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns and standards.
• Guide Foundry platform enablement and deployment patterns.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, ensure long-term support.
• Provide mentorship and raise team capability through coaching.
• Coordinate cross-project planning with product owners and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical options and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
