Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry-based solutions. You will direct architecture, guide engineering patterns, and mentor teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable applications.

Responsibilities include cross-project planning, production support, and clear communication of technical options to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required and travel is limited.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience required; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding standards, testing expectations, and documentation models.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and ensure consistency across projects.
• Review designs and code, assess risks, and enforce long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the team.
• Plan cross-project work, manage dependencies, and align with product priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
