Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry projects across teams. You will shape architecture, promote engineering standards, and enable platform capabilities with strong design reviews and scalable patterns.

You will mentor engineers, manage cross-project dependencies, and function as a technical escalation point for complex production issues, while communicating options and risks to business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts preferred.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and solution leadership for Palantir Foundry applications and platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, patterns, testing expectations, and documentation.
• Guide Foundry Platform enablement across project teams and ensure consistent deployment patterns.
• Lead design reviews, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability through coaching and code reviews.
• Plan cross-project dependencies, manage technical debt, and align with product priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical options and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
